REGULATIONS

DISCOUNT POLICIES AND DIFERENCIATED RATES
Important: The discount for the selected professional category will be automatically calculated by the system by the highest value of the table, there will be no discount on discount.
When selecting a promotional professional profile at the time of registration, make sure the registered information is correct. If you have a financial officer, register by clicking on legal entity information and proceed with the confirmation.

DISCOUNT FOR HIAE EMPLOYEES
HIAE, M’Boi Mirim, Vila Santa Carina, and Einstein Goiania employees have a 30% discount on the highest value of the registration table. The discount will be applied automatically after logging in to the system using the Einstein e-mail, with no need to use a discount coupon.

Alternatively, employees with DRT can request financial support through the Einstein External Training system up to 30 days before the event. This request must be aligned with their leadership.

Doctors from the HIAE clinical staff must submit the discount request to the Relationship with the Clinical Staff department by e-mail: relacionamentocorpoclinico@einstein.br.

DISCOUNT FOR MEMBERS OF SUPPORTING ENTITIES
Valid for members of societies and institutions supporting the event, duly registered on the date of the event.
The list of supporting institutions can be accessed through the logos disclosed as Institutional Support on the website’s home page.

STUDENT DISCOUNT
Valid for undergraduate and graduate students duly registered on the date of the event.
HIAE students and alumni will have an additional 20% discount, as indicated in the event’s registration table.

PAYMENT METHOD
The payment may be made through bank payment slip or in up to 12 installments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), with a minimum installment of R$ 50.00.
Bank payment slip: payment confirmation is automatically made within three (3) business days after payment;
Credit card: confirmation of payment is automatically made after confirmation of the debit by the credit card company – which normally occurs at the time of purchase.

BANK PAYMENT SLIP WITH EXPIRED PAYMENT DEADLINE
There is no extension of the payment term for the slip. Thus, the participant who does not make the payment by the due date will have to start a new purchase process.
The place will be confirmed once the payment slip has been paid; the same rule applies for payments made after the due date.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests will only be accepted if formalized through the registration system or via e-mail eventoscientificos@einstein.br up to 15 days before the event. After this date, there will be no refunds.

REFUND
Refund will be partial, up to 80% of the amount invested. The minimum deadline for refund is 30 days from the date of submission of all required documentation.”
If the participant does not formally notify his/her intention by the registration system or by e-mail, his/her withdrawal or absence from the event will not be justifiable, and he/she will lose the right to the financial reimbursement.

For the reimbursement to be effective, the documentation must be sent to the e-mail address eventoscientificos@einstein.br.

– Copy of the proof of payment (In case of a credit card bill, the participant may hide the information that is not related to the course).
Only after all documents have been submitted will the refund process begin. Reversal in the bank account is made within 30 days after documentation has been received.
* For payments made by credit card: The refund of the total amount is made within 30 days after all documentation has been sent. However, the amount of the installments will continue to be debited, because it is not possible to cancel the purchase on the card.

INVOICE
Scientific events are classified as Rendering of Services, therefore the invoice is released only 7 working days after the end of the event.
Participants residing in São Paulo should issue their own Invoice, at http://nfpaulistana.prefeitura.sp.gov.br.
If the invoice is not available, send an e-mail to eventoscientificos@einstein.br.

ACCESS TO THE CERTIFICATE AND AVAILABLE CONTENTS
Only those participants who are accredited will be able to issue the certificate.
Einstein Scientific Events does not generate printed certificates or send certificates by e-mail.

Participants will be guided through the e-mail registered at the time of registration, 10 working days after the event, to access the link: https://lmsareas.ensinoeinstein.com/login/index.php where they will be able to print the certificate and consult the class contents and complementary materials.
Enter your login and password:
Login: Participant’s CPF (numbers only)
Password: Ensino2021 [after the first access, the system will ask you to register a new password. If you are already registered in the system, use your personal password].

Change/Correct the name if necessary:
When you click on the link above, click on your name at the top of the screen;
Click on profile, on the settings/gear icon, access modify if necessary, after making the changes click save.

AVAILABLE CONTENTS
The coordination and/or speakers may choose not to authorize the sharing of the content, including the recording of the classes and materials used during the lectures.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF DATES OF EINSTEIN EVENTS
Ensino Einstein reserves the right to, exceptionally, change dates or cancel events (Online or Onsite Module) that do not meet the minimum number of registered participants or due to force majeure.
In case of cancellation of an event, the participant is assured the right to Receive a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
Notice of cancellation or date change will be sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of registration, at least seven days before the event date.
